I’ve noticed that whenever I feel cold or hot, it’s always my arms/legs freezing or my torso burning up, but I don’t ever recall/it’s never been hot limbs and cold torso at the same time.
It’s usually hot(ter) torso or cold(er) limbs, but not the other way around.

My extremities always get cold first, and when it’s really hot sometimes it’s only my hands that start sweating.
Your extremities have a far worse volume/area ratio, hence why they cool much faster than your torso
Next time you’re feeling really hot, just put an ice pack on your chest.
Now you know what it feels like lol.
Sometimes my fingers get cold in my basement, like noticeably cooler than the rest of my hands. Usually its my right ring/pinky finger, as they rest on the side of my mouse and don’t really move as much as the rest of my fingers do.
