i fought one in fort adams which is the reason why i said space dodge is useless

that yellow grab move has a horrible hitbox, and there arent really any good mobility options to escape his beam of death and destruction unless youre already running before he uses it

bleach game :face_vomiting:

I’d rather drink bleach.

okay i played again for the second time and im going to have to lower my rating, worse than okay but its not dogshit

“does not appeal to me” is not what id say though, its definitely a game that appeals to me but its executed so poorly

okay yeah played a bit more today with a friend and both of us have just decided to quit the game entirely for a plethora of reasons

  1. shitty combat, they tried too hard to not be called a deepwoken clone by not copying the general combat formula but just ended up making an extremely unsatisfying combat where most enemies have very little downtime where you can hit them after a parry and youre just expected to parry them until they posture break so you can get a couple hits in which extends fights way more than it needs to, game does not need a block, 2 dodges and 3 parries (genuinely why did they think this was a good idea?)
  2. unfair/unbalanced enemies (artificial difficulty), bosses have horrible hitboxes and extremely untelegraphed attacks that dont warn you that they’re unblockable until the attack is already landed on you, and then the attack is going to do a third of your health
  3. boring gameplay, its like they tried to mimic deepwoken’s open world quest exploration and sorcery’s instanced mission progression but they took the 2 worst aspects of both and called it a day so it just culminates in an extremely boring grind
  4. horrible dev team, so many suggestions are begging them to balance some things and listen to the community (of which they are doing neither), they release codes every day but the rewards are usually shit that nobody wants and they expire after like a single day
  5. microtransactions, lets face it, the games a cash grab. there was absolutely no passion put into this as there is no way any of the testers played this game and thought that it would be appealing to new players. if you mess up your build you gotta pay 1000 robux or just wipe and the game doesnt teach you ANYTHING about how to make a build other than telling you that m is how you open the stat point page, not to mention if you want any form of cosmetic you best hope you roll a 0.000000001% or spend your life savings
  6. speaking of the stat point page, why the fuck did they make it so convoluted?? there’s “build points” in the top left where you can invest points to change your stats, then “attribute points” in the bottom left where you can do the same thing i guess? or maybe its only to unlock the stuff on the skill tree so you can spend your actual skill points (also you need to spend the ingame money for some of the skills which makes absolutely zero sense)

  1. drop rates are ASS, and they’re probably going to add more tiers to drops too which will be even worse
  2. poor map design: the maps are just visually unappealing even AO’s map puts them to shame, they use the roblox terrain mechanic to make 90% of their maps and roblox terrain is very poorly made, there are many holes where you can just fall into the void that still arent fixed despite it taking literally 5 seconds to fix it in studio (even I could do it)

i can go on and on about how bad this game is but thats the general gist of it

don’t get into this game it is not worth the time and unless they do some kind of massive come-back with development then its going to die out in a few months just like every other bleach game, they put all of their effort into the tutorial and then they put next to no effort for anything else

game is just vfx cashgrab slop currently
