but here I am now after finding myself obsessed with this game haha
Lousy as PVE (and probably definitely at PVP too) but I’m more interested in exploring and treasure hunting anyways. My first and current character is a Light Conj. and I’ve been trying to get better at balancing the magic and the weapons aspect of the class, anyone got any tips :^

tip: use at least 2 close ranged weapons
this is so you mostly use ur magic for range and then when people are close you melee

Your effect may have been described as blinding enemies, but it really does not do that to NPCs- so it is better to rely on raw power, attack speed or agility (albeit that has been nerfed) aka anything that makes you even more reliable to hit fast and hit hard.
We are never gonna reach the insane dmg numbers of other classes, so best we can do is improvise- also i highly recommend some weapon with some sorta aoe (like the greatsword) because even if your aims bad, if you hit everything in that general direction, it doesn’t matter! :3
For PvP, i always recommend to pack potions that give another effect to your enemy for extra dmg- this can be done via gel and albeit it may not seem like much, it turns VERY annoying for anyone fighting you
