Nah, this ain’t what happened. We all know Mayor Tilly has reached levels beyond our comprehension by all the EXP she gained from executions. She could have destroyed all of Ravenna if she wanted to.

Reminds me of my severe skill issue when I was drawing an unnamed pink haired guy, couldn’t for the life of me get the shoes right so I just ended up hiding them behind terrain instead… Now that I think about it I do things like this way too often…
