By boost for the cerulean bangle, do you mean self-buffs or something?
yes
ok gang what should be nerfed what not
concentrated system is basically a bandaid fix lo
I forgor there was one other ability that all bangles had where they are able to have their very own weapon/armour (Pretty much manifestation from PM) and these weapons and armour are very effective against other bangle users. You are able to get this very early on as well and makes it so you dont die so quickly during a fight with purgatory creatures and other banglers
(This is due to the fact that bangle users are actually very squishy, all of them are essentially glass-cannons without their manifestation)
Armour in particular does have a special mechanic where it can turn into “invisible” armour. Meaning your body will be able to withstand more hits without armour getting in the way and your armour is your body (essentially this is how people get “more health” and “defense”)
Honestly you could just merge this with wind concentration
I forgor
lazy to change
Ultimately balancing boils down to how far you’ll allow characters to push the abilities of bangle(s). Though for a start I guess you could standardize the amount of abilities each bangle has (2-3 regular abilities, 1 concentrated ability)
yeah it was essentially that
At max they’d have 3 abilities and one concentrated
Bangle(s) tho might consideirng their powers to be pure or 50% just energy or more. As in pure I mean their powers are full strength of said element or they require energy to use and manipulate it which decreases said elements
Ill prolly say that despite how versatile the bangles are, their power-output is somewhat small-medium and only increases with having more bangles but even then they’re all small in their power like Vermillion bangle users having fire-blasts 'n columns of fire (even though/most abilities are completely customizable while ones with more bangles have much more size, range, speed, and power. (bangles also have a lot of limitations for each variant)
think of bosses from limbus, it’ll prolly go to that extent only but not some anime big hitbox moves about size of cities

Purpose of Facilities - Importance
Facilities are able to create an abundance of resources in which they can provide to civilizations for money in order to grow and expand said facility. They have many services/purposes that aren’t just limited to creating resources as well. They also act as prisons, geographical mapping, experiments, documentations, military, etc.
Facilities can be ran by anybody but one can’t simply just create a facility and believe it’ll succeed, it’ll need to follow guide-lines and safety requirements in order to make one as where you place your facility could be dangerous or safe as well as the type of people you’re hiring/who you are as a director of said facility.
Guidelines
It is advised a facility must be created near a civilization as civilizations tend to always respect and be within safe-areas around the world which allows the facility to grow and earn money much more easily. These are called “Dependent Facilities” , as it’s name suggests it relies off civilizations to grow further and these facilities usually have easy access to workers. However the down-side to that is these facilities often have a lot of pressure on them as depending on the working conditions, it could be daunting for its workers as they can’t keep up with demands and what they’re being given. Weak facilities tend to fail due to workers getting far too exhausted to continue. These facilities are pre-made as well and most likely made to do specific tasks or multiple tasks all at once. (Should have a Facility License if you’re gonna take over a Dependent Facility and you’re able to be kicked off said position and lose your licenses by the leader/ruler/president/mayor of the civilization that said facility is connected to as these higher powers have full power over these facilities)).
Independent Facilities tend to be made within it’s own area and tends to have a lot more freedom. These facilities can have specific purposes (or temporary missions/purposes) and is ran by it’s own private owner and workers and depending on environment here it can be easy or hard going and these facilities are often made from the ground up and fully customized. However, due to the lack of money, it could be painful to get necessary resources unless you made everything from top to bottom with resources around the area and help from “Metal bangle users”. These facilities can ignore demands from civilizations. (Not exempt from workers having ton of pressure, but unlike dependent facilities you can keep watch of your workers morale). What makes it tough about these facilities is that workers have to live nearby/within the facility and starting out a facility can be really hard due to various reasons.
Hierarchy (For Civilizations)
We are mainly going by the most common roles this world has from “Visitors” to “Leaders”
Visitors
People who have come to this world and most likely and usually noted to be “neutral” class. They’re called this due to their foreign nature (as they do not come from this planet). Though at this level you can get your licenses and be part of the various civilizations and become a resident of them. You will not be affected by any civilization’s political control or government unless they’ve made specific laws towards “visitors”. Almost like foreigners. People can also become visitors during “migration”.
Residents
People who are part of a civilization and are now “controlled” by the laws of the civilization. They can live and be part of the civilization under said ruler and work under jobs for money and live among the people. These people can also go to other civilizations as long as said civilization is not under threat by that other civilization. Wars can happen. Think of these places as countries. However, depending on the place and area you choose to live in, it could be hard to migrate to another civilization meaning a fallen civilization could be hard to get out of and having to migrate and this includes the difficulty of no room for people and the dangers that lurk outside the “safe-zones”.
Savants
People who work under specific jobs and tasks just like dependent facilities do. They could have easy tasks or hard tasks such as exploration of areas, creature-exterminations, etc. These people are often chosen by the “Leader” if they’re deemed sufficient and if they’ve made a letter to. (Not an inspiration to Project moon but for those who do play PM games, you could think of these guys as “fixers”. They also able to rise up in ranks which allows for some this and that stuff. These ranks can transfer to other civilizations and it allows easier migrations and access to other civilizations as you’re seen as more important person like colleges or something)
Colleges (possible name change cuz tis sounds stupid but its funny)
Essentially Savants but they’re better than you (highest form of savants)
Leader
These people could be seen as the rulers, government, king, ETC of said civilization and they’re able to control their own civilization laws, economy, products, etc. They’re also able to create custom roles under their role that can be above or below residents. But beware if one leader becomes too corrupted or clueless, a revolt could happen and would cause the downfall of said civilization. Think of them as directors.
(1/2)
52 Danger Levels
We don’t mean like actual 52 levels in terms of difficulty, rather 52 total levels divided into four separate parts known as “C”, “E”, “T”, and “S”
C - Combatant - Creatures are more stylized to fight hand-to-hand combat with bangle users
E - Environmental - Creatures that are able to affect the terrain around them and attack from range
T- Trauma - Creatures that are able to telepathically communicate/strategically attack to drain ones hope/morale
S - Spiritual - Creatures that attack the bangles-power and uses bangle users-power against them (They’re able to copy and absorb bangle’s projectiles/etc. Realistically weapons are needed to kill these ones)
Just remember “CETS”
=
Levels are an obvious definition to what this means, it implies the difficulty from easiest to hardest levels and means how powerful said creature is. And depending on how high their level is they can be within multiple classes or all the classes but their letter is given to a creature depending on how they worked in the first place.
You should take down higher level creatures with multiple people due to how strong they are but they are able to yield great resources/energy due to the creatures mutating and changing their bodies everytime they consume a bangle users or age for their own benefits.
Bangle users are also able to be given a danger number but this most likely goes for prisoners or “Citizens of Purgatory”
What level of danger would warrant a prisoner the death penalty
11+ (also scales on how powerful they are)
Though they wont be executed but theyd be on the watch and they’d essentially be on the thinnest of ice yet and any of their troubles could warrant an easy execution (unless said action was defensible) and theres those who can get away with many things before facing serious punishment due to their low level
Vermillion users are cute (bias)

I wonder if I should make custom bangles (which honestly might not be accessible unless you were higher power or some hacker man min-maxxer
Some parts of being a bangle user + multiverse might be removed btw
Simple but cool for a power system.
I can imagine some guy hoarding a lot of bangles for their powers and (more importantly) regenerative purposes, effectively being nigh immortal.
I think it would also be interesting if there were people who were trying to study bangles and how they form, maybe trying to make a bangle themselves(?), but that’s just me.
ngl I cant wait to start talking about how people can wear a ton of bangles or ways they can wear them all together since the only thing limiting this is added added weight/mass so something like this really checks to see who can fully min-max the amount they can wear
