Bangles

Bangles are objects which could be seen as “sentient”. Bangles once in their world are able to manifest themselves into a living organism by either an animal or a human being but said appearance is a permanent feature which can not be changed.

Each bangle has nine representation colors related to said element as the “Bangle Users” have powers in which they have nearly full control of which ranges between Fire, Earth, Water, Shadow, Light, Lightning, Wind, Metal, and Blood which despite its names have a lot more control of said element behind them such as metals being able to conjure or summon most metals from periodic table, fire bangles being able to create gasses or easy access to thermal dynamics, blood being able to make ones healthy/heal faster in hours rather than days, etc.

A bangle user depending on their bangle identification will have a lot of similarities to another bangle user of the same identification which means bangle users if they’re of the same element are able to nearly think alike or have similar taste/personality though this is pretty much nullified towards those have multiple bangles

Color Coding/Linked Abilities

  • Vermillion Bangles - Control over fire and thermal Dynamics
  • Cerulean Bangle - Control over electricity/lightning/shock
  • Azure Bangle - Control over water molecules/overall control of liquids
  • Orchid Bangle - Control over wind/storms
  • Juniper Bangle - Control over earth/life
  • Copper Bangle - Control over shadows/darknes (Two probably most underground bangles)
  • Medallion Bangle - Control over light/rays (Two probably most underground bangles)
  • Iron Bangle - Control over metals and being able to create metals/alloys
  • Sangria - Control over blood/control over cells

Having an amount of Bangles

Bangle users can have more than just one of the same bangle and having more than one bangle signifies the users influence/power but bangles become exponentially hard bangles. It’s possible to wear bangles of other users of the same element but it’ll be additive rather than exponentially increased. Power is not additive if two different bangles are equipped, an example is having a vermillion bangle but tried to gain additive power off cerulean bangles, it’ll only serve as a decoration due to its incompatibility.

One Bangle - Most likely a normal living human who stumbled upon a colored bangle and felt connected with it.

Two - Four Bangles - What most bangle users have when they have powers and these levels of bangles are easy to achieve

Five - Seven Bangles - Rarely ever see this amount as these users are most likely known in their universe for various reasons

You can gain more bangles depending on if you find them by “fate”. You’ll always find a bangle by “fate” no matter the circumstances even if it looks dire, it’s most likely how the story just goes. But the more bangles you find through this tracked “story”, you’ll find less and less of them due to them expotentially getting harder to obtain. Bangles five - seven are exempt from the personality sharing rule.

The more bangles you have, it essentially means more control in size over your abilities, all bangle amounts have same amount of power though.

Shared Abilities

Bangle users despite being from different universes, they all share similar abilities due to connected-verses between eachother.

Vow of mastery (lol!!) - A person can ask for a bangle to connect their “bangle” with them and the person who leads this is able to gain more people of the same bangle element to join the said leader. The leader is able to “absorb” bangle users into the leaders bangle and summon/re-summon whenever they want like “pokemon”. They’re also able to share power between them as well as taking power from others and giving it to other members. Do note this “vow” can not be broken until the leader and member consents to the removal or if the leader died. Members between each other are able to affect their powers (minorly)

Regeneration (Semi-Invicibility) - Whenever a bangle users is killed in any way, they are able to regenerate no matter what and become whole again. The only way to kill a bangle users is destroying the bangles and killing them or killing them and then destroying the bangle rings before they have the chance to re-connect with their bangle.

Bangle Telekinesis - Bangle users are able to move their bangles in the air with their mind when unequipped or use them as a weapon such as whip-like style.

Memories - Bangle users are able to manifest their memories of places into view which can act as homes, domains, or you could say “dungeons of fathoms” if yall know what that means

Transferred Death - Whenever a bangle users dies in their own universe, they’re transferred to another universe, planet which acts as some sort of “purgatory”. This purgatory you could say could be something equivalent to “Trevor Henderson’s universe”

Forgor to say last ability is a reference to alice in borderland. Its possible to be alive again in your own world but its way too tedious to even get back so youre better off staying on the original bangle universe

You’re able to slice your allies in many halves and carry their bits + bangle to other places that are locked or just severely hard to get through depending on your type of bangle due to corresponding/opposite weaknesses.

Bangles users themselves also act half-manifestation of the element and their body interior and exterior which can be really difficult to look through their bodies for any abnormalities.

Bangles users themselves are full of their elemental energy which fills their entire body instead of organs/flesh and can go on without needing anything/do anything for extreme periods. However, if their insides are exposed/any organism interfering with the energy, it shows the organs/flesh/nervous systems/etc all in place

i mean this power system is pretty generic but its atleast something you clearly put effort into so you get a star

The “purgatory” universe is also known as the “First Original” universe when it comes to bangles and this world is purged with horrific/abyssmal/abominations/monsters with some areas around the world being completely safe to be around. These creatures feast on bangles which they can gain permanent increase in power and essentially become extremely powerful which increases everything about them from size, unpredictability, strength, structure, etc.

These creatures are part of the world, they’re not some beings from heaven/hell or some plague, they are part of the biological systems of life on this planet.

Two ways people arrive

When a bangle user dies far too many times or rarely dies once on their own planet, the next time they revive they’ll wake up on this planet which has many more bangle users that co-exist or have created parties, civilizations, etc. Some, and I say some want to get back to their original world while some want to stay here despite the horrors for many various reasons.

Second way is that damned mothership. This mothership is an inventive and powerful “ship” that also uses power from bangles. However the entire ship is connected with the world and can gain said power from any begins with the bangle energy on said planet and this mother ship is the most inventive thing every made when it comes to bangles as it’s able to combine energy from all types of bangles which shouldn’t be compatible. (most likely due to it having multiple energy-container storages). This mother ship priortizes kidnapping bangle users and sending them here which 10% has experienced on this planet (so its just kidnapping you, sending you hear, and then “KILL YOURSELF”)

The world again has safe places but some are better than other places. Some can be as large as towering buildings, some can be your average kingdom, or some can be fully technological and there are many of these places but its government.

Though main places are facilities that are able to provide abundance of materials to all areas. These people are respected but are seen as the most vulnerable to the creatures of purgatorio due to how much exhaustion they deal with every day so these facilities have to be kept in organized and responsible fashion, any awful director of these facilities must be overthrown/removed from said position.

Originally I wanted to try and create a system where I was able to use same-style characters in any campaign as long as it was allowed so I created the bangle-system and it ended up becoming this

I could possibly create a bangle user OC in WT and I’d also have the choice of sending them to purgatory if they died loll (which would make the events of WT canon for this universe as well) if sykadelik allows it (Though that would involve multiverses) since only 9 bangle users can exist on a universe and they can disappear without replacement

If I did a campaign for this, all users would probably have to have different lore/story for themselves unless two players decided to have a (for example) Sangria and Vermillion bangle users in the same world but it wouldn’t be possible for two Vermillion bangle users to be in the same universe

Being able to use concentrated wind (Compacted force) and pushing projectiles back

Mobility but movement with light is most likely very janky due to how sudden it feels and can not curve

Concentrated: These types of abilities that have “concentrated” would take longer to use and are much more predictable. They’re also harder to use as you have to keep concentration, no distractions. And these abilities can only be used during charge up, they can not be charged up and used at some different time. The entire process has to be done within that timeframe

Examples:

Sangria’s use of using someones blood - Said enemy will feel tingle-ness in their body which is caused by Sangria’s blood-charge up. Can be canceled if enemy hits said Sangria user before it gets any worse
