The Mothership
We call this the “Tower”, to define it as something that’ll shadow over us most of our lives. This mother ship was created on this world but its unknown how it even came to be due to the fact the technology of it does not align with this world’s current era.
The mother ship also uses bangles for more power and can empower specific fields such asm cerulean bangles empowering the ship with greater power for more active technology to be built within its confines, medallion bangles made for it to travel extreme distances, you get the deal.
The mother ship is interlinked with the world and the power is increased just by bangles or any animals of Purgatory with bangle-power just sitting within the world making this the most powerful force yet and also offers enough energy to send people to other planets and kidnapping bangle users to send them here for more power with the mother ship. People who control the mothership could be considered “Citizens of Purgatory” as well.
The shape is spiral/cone like consisting of genuinely blinding colors (who the fuck made this abomination?)

Housing
Many people live on this mothership and like facilities, they all do specific tasks on the mothership even with its many factiliies housed within the mothership such as scientific, engineering, biological fields or just normal rooms where you can live. It also has the strongest military yet compared to civilizations simply because of its greater technology and people who know how bangles work to its fullest extent which makes them knowledgable about how each bangle variant works and how to counteract it. People who live here are most likely people picked by chance and of great influence to the world meaning leaders/long-time colleges are picked and invited as a member of this station.
Structure
The mothership is cone/spiral shaped with its many sides coming out in squares and windows and south, north, east, and west wings of the mother ship as large-gate like doors to send people in and out of the ship. It’s always levitating off the ground and it’s way of flying is also most likely collected by bangles (Namely the Juniper bangle). Though it’s only way of moving is one of the lesser known technologies known to allow teleportation across distances (said distance is increased with Medallion bangles).
The mother ship stays in place in the sky and usually stays in its fixed position before disappearing in a blink of an eye. This makes evading the mothership excruciatingly hard. Meaning members can evade civilizations/facilities and immediately run from punishment.
Why does it use bangles?
The mothership is made from this world. This world is essentially the “first” bangle world meaning the mothership’s power is most likely made to be empowered and designed off of bangles and it’s the only ship that can use all powers from bangles without it being “incompatible”.

The Emperor, Solace
Known as the first bangle user to reach DL13 as well as being the first known bangle user to use two bangles of different element with “insanic methods”, this method was unknown at the time and had no idea if it actually worked according to bangle users who attempted trying to control two elements but couldn’t due to incompatible issues.
Solace is an Emperor of the kingdom known as “Regalia” which is known as the most wealthy and most powerful military-wise kingdom among kingdom-like civlizations and is able to wield both Light and Metal which shouldn’t be compatible. He is only part of the “combatant” class.
He built this kingdom from the floor up during his appearance here and based it off his previous leadership over a military-group also known as “Regalia”, essentially expanding his “influence” as well as becoming a “Citizen of Purgatory”. He is no abusive leader but is powerful both individually and as a whole group. He’s prideful yet egotistical guy

In a battle between the Emperor and the Chariot, who would come out as the victor?
Heavily envrionmental related
The chariot has a larger advantage within open areas and the Emperor will most likely lose if there isn’t enough objects covering himself before the Chariot eventually tires the Emperor out/catch’s him.
However if there is enough objects covering the Emperor and is able to evade attacks by the Chariot, the Emperor can attempt a hand-to-hand combat situation between each other but both are matched in combat-skill, both of them being part of “military-esques”. Just that the Chariot most likely has the larger advantage due to having more combat-related weaponry and bangle-disable abilities. Though if the Emperor has the exact same weapons then it’d be extremely mixed due to their similarities in combat and both are equally vulnerable
The emperors main weapons are straight up swords and Chariot is guns
(Chariot is pretty much just a skill-check to see if you aren’t boosted ngl, only thing nerfing him is his extreme aggression)
