Here’s some stuff to keep you and your crew entertained while you sail.

Notepads. Like notebooks, but you can draw with a limited amount of ink and leave them around for people to find, or leave artworks up in your boat, you can even copy notepad pages you like to leave hanging up in your boat.

Instruments. I mean, these are pretty obvious, let people play midis and stuff oaklands style with instruments while they sail, or if they want to be more intimidating in a fight.

Yes to instruments, no to art. As Sol said, art would cover everything and most likely some (or most) would be bad.

Horrible idea. You know exactly what people will draw. It can also be used as a method to bypass filters, so have fun seeing tons of pages full of slurs all about.

on the old trello card, instruments were planned to scale off the weapons stat and be used to support/buff party members (they might become relics instead tho). anyways, when they do come out i hope they’re playable or we riot

The notepad feature would be so fun but we all know damn well its gonna be abused. Instruments would be a fun addition though! Imagine doing whatever then a group of players come by with a whole orchestra.

Already (unfortunately) planned, no class for them though, just a support tool that’s going to end up in the same situation as enchantment; multiplayer tool in a game built for singleplayer.

before boats gained their system of yeeting ppl off boats, i’ve always wanted this so we could have ppl fighting on boats that are actively moving without it being janky

No to drawing like others have said, people would bypass with it and it would be difficult to moderate. I do like the instruments and I believe those will be coming at some point in the future.

I like how everyone’s main consensus is “Yeah dude the instruments would go crazy but we’re all gonna fucking explode if we add drawings”

Anyways if instruments don’t have a secondary function (or by default) the ability to play them or at LEAST import midis like oaklands I’m gonna kill someone because it’ll be clear by then that vetex is moloch and needs 50 virgin sacrifices
