I didnāt know the DLC made it go above 100%, what I meant is fully completing the game.
Anyways my point is the rest of the completion process would be an unfun slog so Iām quitting. Laugh at me all you want, I think NKG is hard enough that heās no longer fun and itās only going to get harder.
radiance isnāt that bad, i can redo the fight. Abs Rad is a pain in the ass though.
genuinely donāt know how I beat nkg but Iāve only ever beaten him once. All subsequent attempts have been fruitless.
wym bro, false night isnāt that bad. I have unbreakable strength, unbreakable heart, quickslash, and longnail on my build. The trick is to just dash under his ass when heās jumping around. Like zig zagging, if you will.

tbh beating nkg was the most gratifying thing ever. I have the game at 112% too, thank god I donāt have to do the 5th pantheon or the path of pain lmaooo.

all i can say is learn the attack patterns and stay calm. That entire fight is a test of flow if that makes sense. Even if you lose to once move, donāt panic or youāll just lose the whole game. A lot harder said than done but hehe
honestly, itās pretty simple to defeat bosses when you find the right time to heal. granted with nkg there is likeā¦0 time.

you can only heal masks once when he goes into his bat form lmao, i tried being greedy and it sucked
Iāve actually had some success healing at other times, particularly the move where he flies up and splits into multiple projectiles and the move where he turns his cape into spikes.
However, you have to start focusing right when he starts using one of those or else heāll hit you with another move before you can finish healing
this thread just makes me want to curl up in a ball and cry because of the absolute godliness that is hollow-knight. i almost feel compelled to start and finish a new file between now and tomorrow, but i know that if i choose to do so that i will have no sanity left by the time itās done.
