Personally I didn’t enjoy scarlet when I played it.

Arceus isn’t too bad. It has the challenge that Sword/Shield was missing, and it wasn’t as buggy as Scarlet/Violet.
Diamond and Pearl Remakes are mediocre, nothing more to be said about them.
Probably the best (mainline?) pokemon game on the switch imo.
