Yeah if you wanted to actually abuse it(no one actually do this). You could make five accounts autofish in one server and no one would be able to report you.

I’d dare say that the vast majority of players seeing something like that would just be glad it isn’t attacking them.

That’s fair but a clan or party might depending on size. Especially if they have a lot of sealed chests.
