How big would islands and the seas be irl?

I know that AO is a roblox game so we’re not getting a 4k immersion realistic experience.

But theoretically how big would islands like Ravenna be to house their 10,000 people and keep up being a fully fledged kingdom?
I also realize that Ravenna has a around 4000 troops compared to their 10000 people.

we literally meet with the queen, head over to another island and then return in some minutes

then they state “The mercenaries you met a few days ago” right before you head into the meeting room, everything is so much larger than what we have in gameplay

The capital Keraxe island would probably be as big at most as Luxembourg

Well there is like 100 buildings in ravenna and 10000 people live here so the minimal place required to house all theese people would be 370000 square meters assuming that each person requires 37 square meters to live

(could be even less for 19th century standards)

going off this image from the wiki imma eyeball it and say the towns are 1/5 of the island’s surface area
so ravenna is probably around 22.4 km^2
eyeballing the dimensions from the image it’d be uhhh 4 km by 6 km
