Shell Island does, but that’s beside the point. There would likely be bounty posters for you all over the ravenna controlled islands. I actually forsee us encountering the bounty hunter we met at Sailors lodge again, but this time he will be hunting us.

Frostmill doesn’t seem to get communication from Ravenna. Owen said they only send ships to buy ice, and Calvus going to Frostmill was just a ruse so he could claim the death curse.
gameplay reasons
youd be hunted basically in the entire bronze sea and beyond, but thatd be lame to have a disguise everywhere

doubtful given the fact he basically abandoned and made an enemy out of ravenna. bro built a fleet of ships and dipped to the nimbus sea from argo’s money.
if anything it’d be interesting for him to go put on a let by gones be bygones w/ a hint of him leaving you as a decoy for escape from ravenna. or us seeing or outright helping the dude that plans to go after him as a continuation of the quest we did.

The dudes on Shell island are far away enough from Ravenna to pretend they didn’t receive their orders. They aren’t being paid enough to track down some madman/woman who goes around wearing the clothes of dead nobles and beating up random criminals. Seriously, would you try to pick a fight with such a manic?
