From what i’ve been reading, most ppl just say one or the other
I just put it as both begins as comedic for the majority before he finally does something after being gone for longer than normal which is when he finally does become a threat
Probably because the way he swore revenge sounded kinda cartoonish and we only saw him one other time (in Rasna). So people aren’t really connected to him and probably see him as a comic relief (especially with how his “fight” went down), at least that’s how I see it
