Stuck as anything here, I’m lightning conjurer, I can often get her down to like 300 health but always end up dying. Also its impossible to level up at this point in the story cos wherever you go you just get arrested.
you can just go to a different island if you want quests and shops but anyway
get more power, block and worst case scenario get help
I’ve legit done all the quests on the other islands.
She is literally the easiest boss but here are some tips.

If she is standing still she either finished an attack or is preparing for a new one, in which case block or dodge.

Zone. Maintain a comfortable distance and don’t let her on top of you.

She has a move in her second phase that you need to block. The teleporting smash attack. There is a very obvious sound that plays so it should be pretty easy

If you are struggling with carina you might have something coming. She doesn’t do much damage so don’t be scared to go in close, and during the second phase wait until she does the teleport crash attack before hitting her, as she is vulnerable then;.
Add to one of these saying “do you have a fast enough projectile?”
“Zone”. Yeah how tf am I supposed to do that when she sometimes legit disappears from view cos she’s so fast.
Anticipate and constantly be moving. When she does literally disappear and uses her smash refer to point 3. Don’t be an easy target
