If Evander is cited as being last seen on an island, odds are he’s on that island, unless some bug happens and he doesn’t spawn at all. I assume this means that he was near that island while he was spawned on his Ketch, or his Ketch spawned near it.
If he’s cited as sailing the Bronze Sea, look for a black-and-red Ketch with a yellow nametag called The Ironfang. He’ll attack anyone he sees, although when his ship spawns, it might beeline for a player in the server with a Bounty of 50K or higher.
don’t. it’s a pain i tried doing that for like 20 minutes waste of time just keep rejoining servers until there’s one where he spawned on an island literally the first server i rejoined he was at cassia bay 
so much time wasted bro…
