Defeat the same criminal NPC 3 times in a row without attacking any other criminal NPC.
If your planned rival gets set for execution, you can break them out without ending the streak, just make sure they don’t die in silverhold since then they’re actually dead.
if you dont feel like getting a bounty, you can start with a level ~20 criminal, as they wont get to level 50 (the execution requirement) before the second capture and the third capture makes them officially your rival, which prevent them from being captured
but i am green man (gnavy too)
then go after a level 20 one, they only get executed at high levels

what no the requirement is level 100 for them to get executed.

it was never level 50, there’s nothing in patch notes to change lol.

i mean i was searching for when it was implemented but i guess its probably 100 cuz its not the first time i hear that
idk must have assumed level 50 cuz 50k bounty and i never had a reason to think otherwise
