I don’t know how I could possibly get those sunkens which traders want 300k for + I’m not wasting 3 months of my life again 
It makes use of one sunken and one harder to get item (it’s new so it isn’t on the market), but this is what you asked for with a cost of 1.28 regeneration and 60 defense.
You could probably change candelarias/agates or even add a painite or two so that your build has everything you want.
Dang pretty nice, just a bit concerned about negative regen though (I use wind conjurer)
