Personally, any steak that isn’t cooked well-done or congratulations ends up losing its flavor within 5 seconds while also being so chewy I have to gnaw at it for a minute or two each time AO take a bite.

I prefer mine medium well. Not rough like well-done, but not as risky as medium rare (too close to rawness, imo)

also i don’t get what the buzz around well-done is. i get that it’s rough, but it’s not like it’s the devil’s food
