I know barely anyone in my neighborhood lol
also whenever I go out it’s either on a bike ride around the edges or taking my dog on a walk
If I am doing one of these rare activities, the streets are really peaceful in my neighborhood (It’s stupidly small) so I just keep walking as long as there’s no cars nearby (which there almost never is)

I wish that was the case for the one I lived it, would’ve been so peaceful

ours is like one main 25-20 houses long street with 3 streets branching off from it
The first two branches are 3-4 houses long with a cul-de-sac at the end, and the third splits off AGAIN into two 3-4 house long streets with cul-de-sacs

I kinda live in the culdesac kind of thing but to go to the safeway that’s like 200-300 meters away I have to cross the road 3 times
