How do you get s sub category about your guild

How do you get a category about your guild like the guilds, Noble, Dynasty, Eden’s Paradox, The Lotus Order, SCORCHED, Rise, Ebon Paragon, Suncry, merchant alliance, Latom, Dragonborn, Draconian Empire, The Black Hand, and Sealed Vanguards. Do you just need to reach a certain size, contact an admin or what?
