How I Decide My Names:

  1. The name has to sound at least mildly interesting (Unless it’s a character that doesn’t appear often in whatever storyline you’re making, then you can choose whatever name)
  2. Easy to remember and understand (ex. Thomas Lauren Inklespine Freshavacado Yorkpuppy Farquaad)
  3. A name that fits the character for what they look like to you
  4. Name may be culturally driven
  5. You also could find an adjective that describes your character best and then find a name that relates to that adjective
