How do you make people able to edit your posts?

Title.

I’ve seen a post that can be edited by practically the entire forums. I’m wondering how to do that. If someone could tell me, thank you.

Click the three dots → wrench icon → make wiki

This turns it into a wiki post that can be edited by anyone with TL1+ and you need TL3 to make one.
