How do you search up past usernames of deleted users?

I want to look for the user with the name “Phlebotinum” but couldn’t find it. I tried making an account with that username and it’s taken. I also searched up the deleted users category and found nothing.

So the deleted user had “Phlebotinum” as their past username, changed it, and got deleted. How would you find the true owner?

anyways check google there might be a trading website you can use??? idfk

i think some qol roblox chrome extension allows you to view banned accounts if you have their id so idk try that
