like seriously its like theres a new vulnerability in the code being exploited every week
theres gotta be some secret discord server full of exploiters where they discuss new things they found to take advantage of

they should seriously lock the game at this point until this gets resolved because exploiters being able to wipe hundreds of hours of uninformed player’s progress to their hearts content cannot be good
if only Vetex had the heart to do that
Vetex had a smarter idea, disabling trading until it is patched (he had the better heart)

If I had to guess, either the server is told “hey, this trade (everything victim has in exchange for nothing from exploiter) has been accepted by victim”, or the server is told “victim has just sent exploiter a trade (everything victim has in exchange for nothing from the exploiter)”. No idea about specifics.

It’s happened before, got patched, and now it’s happening again.
We can only assume that a new vulnerability was found in the patched script or that a recent addition to the patched script created a new vulnerability which allowed for all of this to happen.

fuuuun… i assume this is connected to the script kiddie’s shenanigans the other day? since usually theres at least one sub community filled to the brim with exploiters will all poke and prod at the game together to get any advantage they can… when was the last time something like this happened?
Isn’t this the same trading exploit as the one from release? It looks pretty similar.
I thought the previous one you had to actually accept a trade request before it could happen
