So we both agree that the drama smelled of bullshit. However, what I don’t agree with is
There are a multitude of reasons that he could have left. Everyone with half a brain smelled bullshit but, as it turns out, most people are not intelligent. Checking the comments on that video on him, most people instantly thought he was a pedophile just from the video title. In other words, everyone, at first glance, treated him as a pedophile. Now translate that potential stigma to his coworkers. It’s simply not worth it to staff a Discord server where everyone thinks you’re a child predator. That’s simply one of the many possible reasons. I am not him and, as such, cannot know if that was the reason he left.
Now, you have to understand what “If he wasn’t guilty then why would he do this” sounds like. I’ve literally seen this argument used against people hundreds of times. It did not come out of nowhere, it came out of the belief that you genuinely thought he was a pedophile. As such, I genuinely (incorrectly, based on how passionate you are about this,) thought that you were of the opinion he was a pedo.
Now that we both understand that this is a misunderstanding, I would like to apologize for my misunderstanding. Thus, this argument is over. We both agree with each other and we have both cleared up a misunderstanding.
