Infinite. I don’t need to justify this with calculations since that’s more or less redundant. The cameraman could capture events while time itself is paused or has even passed. The cameraman has no limits as far as speed goes and only goes as fast as is required. There are no calculations in this universe or the infinite others that can quantify, can grasp the concept of, his fastness.

time stop is absolute, only something with an immunity/resistance to that sort of ability would be unaffected
If you had the ability to stop time, would all activity in the universe cease to exist because your neurons, and presumably the thoughts that toggle this ability, are frozen in place, essentially rendering you asleep?

there are infinite realities, infinite multiverses, infinite possiblities, infinite dimensions even, just because one universe has black holes does not mean the next one in the next dimension will have them either.
cameraman does not apply to the same laws of physics as most mortal beings do, he’s everywhere, all the time, in every piece of media, he will always find a new universe to spectate, even if it means creating an entirely new one.
And all those realities are black holes because funny years pass. And there will always be other cameramans, non of them will win. It’s a mere tie.
