This only works when you’re outside of pvp, and you cannot use any items while flying
Flight spells are meaningless because ships exist, and I don’t see what use someone would get out of your version of flight. If anything it can just be repurposed into a magic water walking Jesus type ability.

when flying. cooldowns are reduced to 0 to provide better carpet bombing. also the aoe is increased by 150%
