I currently have a Knight build going on, and my character has around 2300 HP with barely any jewel crafting right now. I want to get as much HP as I can just because. Does anyone know the highest HP you can get to with the best armor + jewel crafting + anything else?

4871 HP if you have the current cap of 168 vitality
It can go higher if you got metal aura and max potency on the jewels
