How magic charge work?

the magic user absorbs the mana that is around ?

i feel like you just generate it inside of your body

im using the original arcane adventures as reference, when you used to hold shift you used to have no magic effects around you at all (if your energy was empty), almost like a bottle that’s being filled, the more that’s full the more of it leaks out, so all the effects you see when charging is just magic energy leaking out since you’re already kinda full

though im just speculating this and using AA as reference which is pretty outdated by now

Basically you collect the magic energy around you

makes me wonder if high level magic users are able to lower the amount of mana in an area just by charging their magic

Magic energy in the War Seas disappears due to a wizard charging his energy

shouldnt the shockwaves be moving inward instead of outward :frcryin:

It’s essentially part of the expanding aura so it’s gonna go outside

gonna bullshit something up on the spot :fr:
most magic energy is incapable of being used by the human body, so the shockwaves you see are actually incompatible magic energy being forced out of the player
