Specifically how expensive would it be to purchase 10,000 heavy explosive cannonballs
First you gotta find someone with that. then its up to their discretion. at least 30k if your offerring (because of the trade thingy, 3*10k iirc). most people would prob take that i doubt that someone wants more than that amount

Check the market, you can probably find some there under the Ammo category.
Nonvaluables in the market are heavily inflated
Are they? What source do you have for how valuable they really are? Sure, the prices that are listed might not be anything anyone would pay, but does that apply in this case? What if people are buying them, how can they then be “inflated”?
inflated was a bad word to use, they’re sold for a higher price than you could get from other sources most of the time
Your best bet might be trying to find someone in trading on forums, because finding a trade like that ingame prob won’t happen. Plus clicking all 10k is going to be hell for either side if they don’t have an auto clicker
