Crystal should be stronger because of its effect. Assuming it transform organic matter, if those crystals land deep enough inside you, have fun seeing your organs become crystals! And if you want to clear it, it’ll either shatter it or cause it to shatter so hard you’ll suffer from internal bleeding.
