Title says all. I need help.

a large sleeping diamond dragon (in the depiction of a red dragon) with sapphire eyes, adamantine horns, and mithral rivulets running through the diamond in place of where major arteries would lie. At the center of the dragon where its heart would be is an intricately cut ruby with shapes of dragons in flight and battle

In the context of large I’m referring to creature size. Picture a young dragon.

to those who care this item is the center of a casting of the Imprisonment spell on a red dragon greatwyrm.

mmm. also dungeon master’s guide has some of the most expensive art objects in it at 7500 gp or 750 pp. One of these is a Jeweled gold crown. Another is a gold cup set with emeralds as examples.
Also it states a diamond as 5000 gp/500 pp but doesn’t give a size of the diamond.
