Roblox has a rule: one user gives one visit. If he visits game again, it won’t give one more visit

I am just a bit noob in Roblox, but I AM underaged but I am 13 years old, it’s not against TOS

it has a sort of cooldown when a player entering the game will count as a visit
would be cool if i could be vetex friend

including the same player joining twice
