Something happened, the colours that lit that special 21st night were all wrong. Two didn’t show up to celebrate that special night as Juniper did years before. The morning after, one odd stranger did.
This year was beyond difficult, for any webcomic readers that remember what happened late Spring this year. Needing to travel to the other side of the world alone for a family emergency where I had no idea where the end of the tunnel was, in a country where I could not for the life of me speak the language. However, despite all the odds, we got home together and alive. Now, that time has come and gone again where I (and many others) remember the 21st night of September. The song’s personal to me and the family, and it felt even more special this year.
A special thank you for everyone who showed support either on WEBTOON or DMs after I shared the news, we’re doing just alright now. I’m working on the comic again, and it should hopefully be done by the end of the month! Never forget the good times, but also the times that pushed you to better yourself!
