how to do it
in my honest opinion make a good base then wait for further updates for better items. like so serious when i say i have a PERFECT outfit right now for vanity but it needs a better neck/torso accessory and vetex HAS to add one more extra slot for the gamepass cause its so limited
if you want me to make a good base then you might want to tell me how to bud, because i’ve no idea how to make a good looking outfit. This is like telling someone to make a car and leaving them with no instructions
uhhhh theres many ways, main ones i can think of are
- contrast (dark and light)
- similar colors/primary colors (greens with greens, red with reds)
- shapes (sharp vs smooth)
good job, you explained it very well
ermmm i dont think i did
i do
Just start with a concept you think is cool, lock in on it, and start experimenting with pieces that could align with it. My outfit was made entirely out of the concept “what if ao character had gauntlet” and the result was this
Just follow some basic guidelines like consistent color scheme & preparing to get screwed over if you use weapons and rest is largely personal preference. Me personally, a preference I have is to use some kind of waist accessory like faulds/robe flaps/leviathan robes since there’s a lot of ways to bedazzle the upper half of your body but dramatically less below the hips. Waist accessories fill that gap which makes the bottom half of my character feel a lot less empty, and the look is overall a bit more balanced
If you have anything in mind I prob have enough items memorized to help you a lil bit as long as it isnt seasonal items
arc sphere + eye poppers
any chunky metal armour
get some inspiration and shi does wonders
get sunken armor + weapons, you’ll be dripping then
Really depends on what type of drip you want to achieve for your file, just have a general idea of the drip you want (the colors/themes of the outfit or a specific item you want on it).
If you dont have a item or idea of what you want it might be smart to look at the AO drip check for inspiration. Or just base the drip off of the colors of your attack (as long as they arent neutral colors) and progress from there.
Knowledge on items also helps, theres enough times where i find a new item in the AO drip check that i just stick onto one of my files because it just improves the outfit in general
just wear maid outfit gng
just spend 3 weeks getting some video game items trust
That looks fucking hideous LMAO
ive changed it since then dw lmao
I cannot answer that because I am searching for the answer myself. But, what I do know is that for the most part do not be afraid to use colors that seem unrelated. I tried red, green, and gold once and it went really well. Also some colors don’t work as well as others due to the amount of content some have
lemme see
