-First, get seaweed (they spawn in shallow waters around islands)
-Second, get clams, conches, or pearls (recommend getting pearls, especially gold ones)
-Third, once you got all of that then go to a cauldron (they are near alchemists)
-The amount of seaweeds you put in determines whether the potion will be I, II, or III
-Put in your catalysts (clam, conch, pearls), the rarity determines the potency (duration) of the potion, so if you put a golden pearl as your catalyst then the potion will last longer than one that had clams in it
