How to enable the Defer Button

The Defer button is a button that allows you to un-read any topic you’ve read. Why you would want to use this, I couldn’t tell you. But here is a guide to enable this button.

  1. Visit your settings (This can be found by clicking your profile picture in the top right and clicking preferences or going to preferences straight from your profile)

  1. Visit the interface tab

  1. Find Enable Defer for topics I’ve read under the Others Section and make sure it’s selected.

  1. Save your work with the save button

  1. Now you can unread topics, isn’t that great?

I’ve used it a couple times because I accidentally jumped all the way to the bottom of a super large thread without reading majority of it, but it’s so niche that I’ve basically forgotten about its existence
