your best shot is to check underwater structures
structures, not diving spots.
you can see where they are using sea charts

Sea monsters can be found randomly in the sea, and you can find their mention in the agora news, but for poison jaws - go for underwater structures.
Cause PJ is considered just as shark, and not “large monster”, so it wont be mentioned in agora.
I’ve only seen normal sharks at underwater structures since the most recent patch - not even any tiger sharks
Lurkers are found under whirlpools, and they drop an ingredient that is used in brewing but i don’t know if it was added yet
