Try going to the jewel seller in sameria, selling all the crafted jewels you got from chests, buy all his gems, craft them and sell them again, though you’ll probably need plenty of reagents for this.

Find the two lowest prices on the market, price it 1 below the lowest, or second lowest if the lowest looks cheap.

Make sure you’re looking in the correct order, lowest to highest price, default is highest to lowest.
Could also look at Acris and see how much they are going for, and sell based on that, if you think the interchanges are overpriced.

I used my acrimony and I checked there all 150,000 gallions
Check the Acrimony prices, they are good info for how much you should price an interchange. If Acrimonies are for sale at 200k for example, then you may be able to sell an interchange for a little over 100k.

If you have the patience to do fishing it might be a good idea to fish for some golden fish, then sell the scales on the marketplace for 400+ galleons each, so every golden fish that you let rot will essentially get you 800+ galleons
If you fish on the insanity layers of the dark sea and get exotic fishing scrolls, they sell for a nice buck, ensnaring scrolls go for 4k each
