I saw someone with an oathkeeper and wall of jericho, spamming raging storm at nearby banidts. When I asked him how much he grinded he said he got it from two kills, at that point he had killed the exiled three times.
When the update just released I managed to kill 6 Exiled and 2 Minotaurs and no items from any of them, and now I haven’t seen a boss in 5 hours of playing

Mhm… I can confirm that this is the easier way to get oathkeeper and also be hated
