As you may know, I, Oruks, have previous authored the great masterpiece known as “How to obtain a Sea Curse in AO” as a iconic piece that will forever be slated in the sacred forums. This time will be no different!
The first thing you might be asking is “But Oruks, how come you don’t have a custom magic?” and to that I say, “Why, to give all the good people of the AO Forums community a chance!” So, with my generosity well declared I shall proceed to the steps.

Your character must never have a single point of magic through out the entire play through of the current story.

You might remember Shura as the first boss you face, but what you might not know is he is actually killable. Oh yes, not just defeatable, you can kill him. You just have to ask Morden. Get on your little rowbot and put some gusto in those paddles because when you return to Dawn Island, he is still there.

He will ask you why you came back and you will be able to tell him about the problem with Shura. You would eventually get him to agree and come with you to the Silent Ire and fight him together, only this time, you manage to get the samurai on his knees and the prompt Kill and Spare come up accordingly.

The story goes as normal, with Chief Alfarin impressed by your ruthlessness. Until you reach Iris.

Morden doesn’t meet you at Sailor’s Lodge. In-fact, it’s strangely empty.

Fort Talos was a cake walk, you didn’t even have to sneak around.

You feel a serene, singsong voice echo inside your mind… it says 3 Left.

Find Warren guarding the Pelion Rift. Ignore his pleading for sensibility, fight him. Choose Kill.

Find King Calvus, pitifully hiding in his own mine he forces laborers to work in. Ignore his begging. Choose Kill.

You sense that you can find the last one in the Dark Sea. He’s scared, but something’s different about him. Sail to the Far Reaches until you find a suitable island.

You’ll find a Hecate Essence there for you, as if she was calling you here.

Morden steps out from hiding, seemingly distressed over whether or not he should use his newfound power.

Force his hand and agitate him by stepping closer, fight him. Whatever he says, do NOT choose Spare. Kill him.

Mother Hecate is proud of you and as a reward, she will give you any magic your heart desires, even if she needs to create a new one.
