How to play using fighting style?

This might sound weird for me to ask this, but Idc. It’s better to sound dumb than be dumb forever

I started to play with Warlock and Berserker. I magic and weapons a lot, and when starting to play with fighting style as my dominant attack, I started to struggle a lot with fighting styles as it played very differently compared to how I used to

so for PvE purposes (and maybe PvP) do you have tips or what makes playing with fighting style different?

Try to be aggressive.

Finding a fighting style you like

Basic combat and sailor are in a weird spot for speed and just feels weird to play for me

I’ve been enjoying my Thermo fist fire warlock now.

And the previous commenter was right to say I have to play aggressively

Man already has wisdom, all he needs now is knowledge.

For fighting styles, I recommend getting up right into the opponent and using everything you have. Remember: you are not a zoner, and the longer the fight goes on, the worse it generally gets for you.

I never know about zoner type thing until I look at how I usually approach my fight, as I usually never gets close and personal to my opponent.

Now I can see what do you mean, and that means a lot to me

Man, this is making me realize that it might be easier to play aggressively with Sailor Style than it is with Thermo Fist (which is meant to be the most aggressive).

Since speed increases travel distance on Crash, unless you’re extremely accurate you will usually fly right past your target and make a lot of distance, which is incredibly counter-productive. And due to the small size, Shockwave Smash requires you to be really close, a distance that’s very hard to maintain.

Also, is it better to PvP while zoomed in like that? I usually fight while zoomed decently far out, I thought it would be better for environmental awareness, but maybe there’s some hidden benefit of being zoomed in that I’m overlooking?

For fighting style users then yeah since fs mostly have rushing skills so it’s better to have a fixed cursor in the middle of your screen and just move your cam
