I haven’t played World of Magic or been on the forum for a few months, and so I’m not sure what Headless is worth. I’m guessing it’s only gone up in value by a few boss drop items, although we can all agree that we’d rather have the Headless than armor.

The problem is that we’re not sure if Sunken items will be valuable or not, since they may not be obtainable in the future but also be outclassed by other armor. Dealing with Sunken Armor (including the sword) is like dealing with the stock market.
Theres 2 ways to look at this:
Either we talk about the current market (now till ao’s release) in which the headless head is the 3rd most valuable item, equal to a clean sunken sword and worth less than a hard sunken chest and/or a strong sunken sword.
Or you can talk about it from a future market standpoint in which sunkens will eventually be outclassed while headless value will keep rising.
Its up to you to decide if you want to keep your headless for late game or trade it now (early game)
I’d definitely want to keep my Headless. The Sunken items are bound to go up, and then go down.

That’s definitely happening tho, the next sunken set is most likely coming in AO anyway since the current one’s cap is 100

Once the huge revamp happens, there might be another Piece of Armor replacing the Sunken items from fishing. I said they may be unobtainable, not they’re guaranteed to be.

Idk how loot work but I assume you won’t get parts of the sunken iron set past like level 100-110 and instead only parts of the new one. Obviously it wouldn’t increase the value of the set tho, as the new one would be better in general.
Now that said it doesn’t necessarily mean that the new set will come out in the revamp, but if it doesn’t then it would definitely be at least out for the next update that increases the level cap
Oh and if you mean stuff replacing it like the compensation for boss items, the sunken iron set isn’t being replaced or removed
