Depends what said divine reality is like
Gods, demons, alien gods, angels, and the others
if the confirmed divine reality can continually be confirmed and researched like science i think said divine reality could either be the main religion/accepted as a normal phenomena
but if its only confirmed it’ll get twisted by the facts of other religions as usual while at the same time makes those religions more overzealous
theres actually much more shit that can be expanded on but my knowledge in politics is limited so this is the best i can think of

if they dont do much then somewhat the same as ours except religious people would be much more prominent, though some will still definitely believe the divines dont exist like how flat earthers and such exist in our world, and leaders and sich will likely use religions/the divines for their own purposes and agendas, maybe with a bit more caution or even none at all depending on whether they bekieve in the divines or not aka whether they are afriad of ounishment
if the gods heavily influence mankind then something like greek mythos ig… which can go either way depending on how the divnes are
Some would believe, some would deny, others could be mistaken about the identity of the gods or what their will is

The religion around it could be still fractured and divided into multiple branches and sects. Leading to conflict within a confirmed divine reality
most of them would be killed if humans are the predominant species
everyone gravitates towards the gods that are confirmed to exist
People assume that religions would remain somewhat mystical when in reality it would be exactly the same as living in a regular ass monarchy. Sacrifices arent praying in hopes that the gods hear you, theyre taxes. Depending on the disposition of the gods in question a fair amount of resentment toward a figure thats literally impossible to depose would also be built up.
However, one must also consider that thats kind of fucking boring
Worldbuilding religion will never ever be completely realistic, whats more important is that its interesting and fits well in whatever story youre trying to tell. Give dave the storm god an imperial cult who spend years following his every demand in hopes of one day being given a fragment of lightning to enact his will upon their enemies, make daves imperial cult be in an active war with aliens who are part of their own storm gods cult which culminates in a 1v1 duel between the aliens champion and dave (the alien wins because hype moments and aura). Make st peters cathedral into a megastructure surrounding a space elevator left behind by a precursor civilization inhabited by fanatics worshipping a rogue ai thats metamorphosed into a god (COUGH COUGH.) if you let yourself get too concerned with whats realistic then you never make anything
I feel like the owl house does this quite well. The titan (source of all magic for people who haven’t watched it) is just seen as the source of magic and a part of the geography, since that’s just where they lived. That was until the emperor sort of turns it into a sort of religion and claims that he can talk to the titan, and everyone believes it because they know it’s real. Basically it wouldnt be so a “religion” and more “powerful force of nature” unless someone actually tried to exploit it and actually turn it into a belief system
