Welp… At least I practiced on this by now.
Another blender/studio thread, nice!
You might want to add vertices to the tip of your sword in order to make it be traditionally rounded. The way it is now ressembles a dagger more closely despite the guard, hilt, and pommel being the way they are.
Now, the reason as to why swords usually (because I’m sure that at least one sword exists to disprove a generalisation) would have a more ‘rounded’ I believe would be to stop it from breaking when swung.
here before thread gets popular
(not in the youtube comment way shut up)
Remade the Sword, But I’m not sure if this is better since I added more vertices to the tip of the blade. Also did some sculpting to the blade. Anywhere else is a no go rn.
Attempted to animate a walk cycle, and something went wrong here. (Almost as if he’s sliding on ice.) (It’s been 3 months since I’ve posted here. >_>)
Attempt 3, making use of the Reflect settings on Moon Animator. Apparently this had turned out pretty well (except the slight pause in the middle of the animation), It’s also a time-saver so… It might be put to good use in the near future.
(The previous attempt was deleted yesterday.)
Animated Test Sparring, No. I’m not doing the effects and complex animations yet.
idk if its a problem with my pc or no, but these gifs are moving at like 1 fps
