Its not that much tho, most enchants have 36 EP, hasty have 38.
I feel like the average ep with out essence is around 800 he has about like 10 extra ep somehow
If EP is all that you want, you can push it pass 900 with a sunken set, 2 insanity mods, 1 modified fair amulet, 1 modified arcsphere and 8 agates.
Example:
With insanity 1 it has 868 EP.
Agates have more ep than other gems?
