Dark sea is procedurally generated, so it’s random. If you really need to find one of these, try popping a clearsight potion so you could spot them from afar, that’s how I did it.
If you do find one and its broken (not moving) then sailing in the direction where the ghost ship is pointing does the trick
look for big colored cloud, should be easy to see
