How long ago did you encounter this issue? Yesterday there was an exploit running around that had to be dealt with quickly, so they had to disable trading for everyone until it got patched
If you don’t know how to trade, simply hover the player’s username in the player list, click their name, and then select [trade]
If that doesn’t work for you, click the 9 square button on the left of your screen, then select the yellow button with the trading icon. Click on the [trading with] and select the user you want to send a trade to. Insert the items / crowns, and send the trade.
