i think in pve disconnects should be restorable since you have nothing to lose and no reason to log from pve, but unfortunately its just a rule of all disconnects are unrestorable
lets be honest the mods probably know that people losing stuff from disconnects is common af and they dont want to have a ton of work, which is totally reasonable btw

I feel you on this, recently after empires dropped I went on a ~4.5 hour dark sea run where I went all the way out to i5 grinding siren rocks, and then I came back and traveled between seas and it straight up deleted all those chests instead of putting any of them in ship storage
now I have PTSD and don’t dare put dark sealed chests in ship storage anymore, I immediately load a super fortified clan island upon returning from a dark sea run and just unload it all on the spot instead of saving them

with me, i load into bronze, head into dark sea, come out 2 hours later with like 30 chests (im a coward and farm in i1), do treasure charts, also some cargo because of excess cash and then i turn in for the day
still, i spent like 4 days, 8 hours in total
